The SUYR 2023 Edition builds on the core four botanicals of Roots Gin, layering in mango, elderflower, and malt yeast extract for a smooth, off-dry profile with real depth. It’s a gin made by bartenders, for gin lovers - and it shows.
Tasting Notes
Herbaceous elderflower leads on the nose, followed by juniper, earthy spice and dried mango on the palate. A touch of caramelised malt adds a soft, savoury warmth to the finish.
