Los Siete Misterios Coyote is a rare and expressive mezcal distilled from wild Coyote agave in the mountainous Sola de Vega region of Oaxaca. Closely related to Arroqueño, Coyote is visually similar but delivers an entirely different flavour profile - one marked by herbal complexity and refined character.

Crafted using traditional methods, this mezcal is cooked in earthen ovens over wood and river stones, then double distilled in clay pot stills by Maestro Mezcalero Don Antonio. The result is one of the brand’s most iconic expressions - a true celebration of agave biodiversity and artisan craft.

Tasting Notes

Fresh and herbaceous with aromas of sage, wildflower, and soft smoke. The palate unfolds with notes of roasted agave, dry herbs, and subtle minerality, finishing smooth and gently warming.
