Deliciously medium-styled Waipara Pinot Gris from a producer who understands how to put real flavour in the bottle. A lovely, generously proportioned Gris that we think captures the modern Waipara style perfectly.
Ripe, juicy and beautifully rounded, there’s plenty of succulent pear and stone fruit character here, with a touch of spice and a lovely fresh finish keeping everything nicely balanced. It has enough weight and texture to make it seriously satisfying, without ever becoming heavy.
This is a wonderfully versatile style at the table. Try it with roast chicken, pork, creamy pasta dishes or lightly spiced Asian food, although it’s equally good chilled and poured on its own.
