The result is a luscious whisky that balances Starward’s bright tropical fruit character with the richness of golden honey, layered over the influence of Australian red wine barrels.

Tasting Notes
Golden honey in colour. On the nose, ripe tropical and red fruits with a whisper of fresh honey. The palate opens with juicy tropical fruit, lightly toasted oak, and a rich, rounded mouthfeel from succulent honey, finishing smooth and balanced.
