A favourite dram of our very own Operations Manager, this GlenAllachie 15 Year Old Scotch is undeniably delicious. Matured in both Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks before being bottled at a magical 46%, this single malt is quite rightly described by Master Distiller, Billy Walker, as the 'Jewel in their Crown'.
The result is a smooth and rich whisky with a rainbow of sweet spices, raisins and butterscotch with banana, orange peel and dark chocolate notes. Non-chill-filtered and natural colour of course. This is one whisky that you'll keep coming back for.
