Kavalan’s tropical climate accelerates maturation, drawing out luscious fruit notes from the Madeira cask and wrapping them in silky warmth. It’s indulgent, complex, and a true showcase of the distillery’s world-class skill.
Tasting Notes
The nose bursts with berry jam, honey, and dark caramel over warm pancakes, lifted by sultanas, mint, and a touch of pickled ginger. On the palate, think honeycomb, milk chocolate, gingerbread, and garden herbs, with a creamy texture and a pop of pepper. The finish is long and warming - red apple, custard creams, dark fruits and soft oak all in harmony.
