If you love authentic French reds, this is absolutely your wine. From the rugged hills of Corbières in southern France comes this naturally expressive red with no added sulphites. Crafted from grenache, syrah, and carignan, this 2018 release is a pure reflection of its Mediterranean terroir.

It’s dark, juicy, generous and full of ripe blackberry and dark cherry fruit, with that classic Languedoc savoury edge and a lift of wild herbs and spice. The palate is supple and mouthfilling with fine tannins and a fresh, clean finish that makes you reach for another glass.

It’s a natural match for roast lamb, cassoulet, charcuterie boards or a hunk of aged cheese. And at under this price, it’s one of the best-value French reds we stock. Load up by the case.

*PRO TIP: We suggest decanting before service - no need for fancy gear – even a simple pyrex jug will do the trick.

Tasting note

A classic Corbières blend of grenache, syrah and carignan, crafted with no added sulphites, this is an expressive and authentic southern French red that showcases both power and drinkability. The palate is juicy and generous, delivering lush black fruit wrapped in savoury spice and subtle earthy undertones. Supple tannins provide structure without heaviness, while a fresh lift on the finish keeps everything balanced and inviting.
