This Single Malt is distilled with six different malts, aged in casks including Australian sherry, ex-bourbon and ex-rye, giving a richer and more expressive flavour, with luscious sticky date pudding, amaretto and notes of espresso to finish.

Tasting note
The natural sweetness of the casks used complements the savoury charisma of the spirit, revealing raisins, shortbread biscuits, dark chocolate, and fresh herbs across the nose. The palate is luscious with amaretto and sticky date pudding and a final note of espresso.
