Tasting Notes
Concentrated juniper hits first with pine-lime, gum leaf and fresh citrus on the nose. The palate is thick and oily, full of bold juniper, peppery menthol, and wooded spice. The finish is long and resinous, with a late rise of pepper berry heat.
Best served with a splash of tonic, plenty of ice, and a wedge of citrus - or take it bold in a navy-strength martini.
