Released in 2022, this Highland Park 21YO Whisky expression is an exceptional example of the expert craftsmanship of Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motion. Consisting of only 14 casks from 2000 and earlier, this whisky showcases the perfect marriage of three unique cask types, creating a mature and high-quality product with distinctive character.
Tasting note
The 21 Year Old Highland Park Whisky contains layers of espresso coffee, dark chocolate, and marmalade flavours, with a hint of ginger and oriental spice from sherry and bourbon barrels. Heather-infused peat smoke adds an aromatic touch that binds it all together.
