Parcels fully matured in first fill bourbon and locally sourced New Zealand red wine casks are selected for their fruit forward energy, then laid back down to marry, creating a whisky that feels joyful, summery and beautifully smooth.

Tasting Notes
Sweet mango, grapefruit and strawberry bonbons lead into lychee, sherbet and soft citrus. The palate is smooth and fruity with a bright, summery finish.
