Tasting Notes
Piney juniper leads on the nose, followed by sweet lemon peel and a peppery lift. The palate delivers juicy, jammy blackberry flavours with a soft citrus brightness and subtle spice. The finish is gently earthy, rounded and lingering, keeping everything nicely in check.
