Each bottle is carefully crafted, blending grapes from Prophets Rocks' single vineyard parcels of Pinot Noir with locally foraged botanicals from Central Otago. This partnership exemplifies the mastery of these two brands, resulting in a refined vermouth that captures the essence of the region's unique terroir.
Tasting note
Boasting a bright and spiced aroma, this red vermouth brings to mind the flavours of poached cherries and mulled spices. Its palate is marked by a sweet cola-like spice, balanced with hints of citrusy coriander seed and floral kanuka. The finish is a perfect combination of savory and bitter, with the distinct flavours of horopito spice and wormwood.
