Each bottle is carefully crafted, blending grapes from Prophets Rocks' single vineyard parcels of Pinot Noir with locally foraged botanicals from Central Otago. Tasting note
Boasting a bright and spiced aroma, this red vermouth brings to mind the flavours of poached cherries and mulled spices. Its palate is marked by a sweet cola-like spice, balanced with hints of citrusy coriander seed and floral kanuka. The finish is a perfect combination of savory and bitter, with the distinct flavours of horopito spice and wormwood.
