Papa Salt's incredibly well-rounded flavour profile celebrates the subtle taste of native Australian botanicals. The gin is bright with a zesty hit of wax flower, hibiscus and citrus peel - which is balanced with subtle hints of Australian wattleseed, a touch of welcome spice from pink peppercorns and completed with the unmistakable minerality from a hint of oyster shell.
