If you thought Jesus was impressive with his ‘turning water into wine’ tricks, wait till you try the Bloody Syrah, where wine has been turned into Gin.
The first part of the Bloody Syrah journey see’s Syrah, turned into the base spirit. It’s then distilled with the gin botanicals, before spending the last year to age in French oak Syrah barrels.
With a rich texture and velvety mouthfeel, it carries notes of vanilla, hints of caramelised stone fruits and sherry, it makes the perfect companion at night to cosy up with next to the fire.
This is the highly anticipated 2022 release. A year in the making in collaboration with Tim Turvey, there’s only one barrel in existence, so make sure you're one of the lucky few to claim a bottle!
