The first part of the Bloody Syrah journey see’s Syrah, turned into the base spirit. It’s then distilled with the gin botanicals, before spending the last year to age in French oak Syrah barrels.
With a rich texture and velvety mouthfeel, it carries notes of vanilla, hints of caramelised stone fruits and sherry, it makes the perfect companion at night to cosy up with next to the fire.

Indulgence in a glass. It is smooth and velvety and goes down a treat. I've only tried a glass or two, as I don't want to rush my way through this limited release gin, but it's definitely my fave on my shelf so far.
