Gracias a Dios Pechuga is a wild ride through Oaxacan tradition. Distilled with Espadín agave, seasonal fruits and a raw turkey breast suspended in the still (yep, you read that right), this is mezcal with serious personality. Crafted by maestro mezcalero Oscar Hernández, it’s released just once a year to celebrate Día de los Muertos - rich, smoky, and full of soul.
This is one for the collectors, the curious, and anyone who appreciates mezcal at its most expressive.
Tasting Notes
Earthy agave meets ripe stone fruit, citrus and sweet spice, all backed by a whisper of savoury depth from the pechuga. Smoky, bold and beautifully balanced.
