Inspired by the pineapple obsession of Reverend Stiggins from Charles Dickens’ Pickwick Papers, this rum takes rich Plantation rum and layers it with real pineapple character in a way that feels polished, tropical and seriously moreish rather than overly sweet. It is a brilliant pick for Daiquiris, tropical cocktails, or simply for anyone wanting a flavoured rum with a bit more class than the usual lineup.
This cleverly made expression uses both the pineapple rind and the fruit, bringing together the bright, fragrant lift of the fruit with a deeper, slightly smoky richness underneath. The result is a structured, flavour-packed rum with notes of ripe pineapple, banana, citrus peel and warm spice, all wrapped up in a smooth finish that still feels unmistakably like proper rum. It is tropical, yes, but it is also balanced, layered and dangerously easy to like.
