This certified organic white blend is downright delicious - fresh, zesty and vibrant and delivers everything you want in an aromatic blend.
Grüner veltliner brings brightness and a clean, zesty lift to the blend. Chardonnay contributes fleshy stonefruit notes and a silky, rounded texture. Sauvignon Blanc adds a lively citrus streak and herbal freshness white a touch of pinot gris ties it all together with subtle softness and aromatic grace.

Tasting note
Vinted from a blend of 47% gruner veltliner, 31% chardonnay, 21% sauvignon blanc and 1% pinot gris.
Christina Pickard, Wine Enthusiast: "A blend of Grüner Veltliner, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris, this opens with a perfume of somewhat bitter lemon rind, damp hay, baker's yeast and pungent botanicals. It's a somewhat odd although fairly pleasant nose. The palate is really where this shines. There's lovely textural weight, buoyed by a tangy, citrusy acidity and a slight skinsy grip at the end."
