Aberturret Gin is a beautifully polished Scottish gin from The Glenturret Distillery, bringing a whisky maker’s sense of precision to a classic botanical style. Distilled at Scotland’s oldest working distillery, it has a refined, premium feel from the first pour, balancing bright citrus, clean minerality and a softly creamy texture in a way that feels both elegant and distinctive.

This handcrafted gin opens with juniper to the fore, backed by lime peel, grapefruit and a subtle mineral freshness, before moving into a smoother, more layered palate of citrus zest, chamomile, pine, pink peppercorn and earthy sweetness from sumac. A lightly toasted marshmallow note adds a lovely extra flourish, while the finish brings lemon sherbet and a touch of sweet liquorice. It is a very smart pick for a premium G&T or Martini, especially if you like a gin with proper structure and a slightly more considered profile than the usual dry style.

Tasting Notes

Juniper-forward and elegant with lime peel, grapefruit and clean minerality, followed by lemon zest, chamomile, pine, pink peppercorn and a lively finish of lemon sherbet and soft liquorice.
