Crafted in Dunedin by the owners of the famous ALBAR. For years they've been making this Salted Caramel Whisky at the pub, and it's always been a crowd favourite. Now after word has spread and demand has grown, they've decided to share the love to the rest of New Zealand and crafted the complete product in a bottle for people at home.
The whisky itself is an absolute joy. You're first greeted with rich malty whisky, followed by sweet layers of smooth caramel and a hint of Marlborough sea salt. The mouthfeel was our favourite part of the taste test, the silky saltiness of the dram coats your mouth and dances across the senses. This is a bottle you'll have non-stop fun with.
