Tasting note
Upon first sniff, the scent is mouthwateringly fruity, featuring a delightful mix of salted caramel and coconut-vanilla custard, with a touch of peach and melon. The tropical notes shine through more prominently, with hints of plantain, sweet oranges, and a subtle oak presence. The taste is luxurious and decadent, showcasing a medley of fruit flavours such as peach and melon in syrup, accompanied by plantain, citrus fruits, and creamy vanilla custard. The overall result is a luscious compote with a velvety mouthfeel, enhanced by the addition of honey and sorbet. The lingering finish is a delightful blend of honey, plantain, and sweet spices.
