Aotearoa Bitters Company Cacao & Vanilla Bitters are a rich, aromatic addition to the home bar, made in Aotearoa with a distinctly local ingredient story. MALVA Chocolate cacao provides the deep chocolate core, while premium Heilala vanilla brings softness and fragrance. A touch of cinnamon adds warming spice, with Taranaki-grown angelica providing the bitterness and structure that keeps everything firmly in cocktail bitters territory.
These concentrated bitters are designed to add richness and complexity with just a few dashes, making them particularly good wherever darker, more indulgent flavours are called for. Try them in an Old Fashioned or Manhattan, use them to add another layer to an Espresso Martini, or experiment with aged rum, whisky, brandy, and coffee-led cocktails.

Rich and aromatic with deep cacao, fragrant vanilla, warming cinnamon, and earthy angelica bitterness, finishing concentrated, gently spiced, and lingering.
