Crafted from 100% estate-grown lowlands Blue Agave, Arette places a strong emphasis on top-notch quality, adhering to traditional artisanal methods. The agave is roasted for 15 hours, then shredded and fermented with a custom house yeast in the original cement vat for 6-7 days. After being pot distilled and double-filtered, it is bottled and ready for your enjoyment.
Tasting note
Notes of zesty lemon and dried herbs blend with juicy florals and a hint of green pepper. A touch of vegetal savouriness adds complexity to the palate, while the finish is light and energising with a burst of lemon zest. With a moderate alcohol feel, this tequila is perfect for any occasion.
