Arette Artesanal Reposado 750ml

Crafted with organically grown Blue Weber agave from their 300 hectare lowland estate, Arette's Artesanal Reposado is distilled and aged for 11 months in used Bourbon barrels. Using a strict cut of the heads and tails during distillation, the focus remains on the agave, resulting in a smooth mouthfeel. Additionally, fermentation takes place in original cement vats, adding a distinct minerality to the profile.

Tasting note

A tighter cut of the distillate gives a balance of fruity-sweet flavours and minimal acetone taste. The mid-palate reveals hints of refreshing mint, bold pepper, warm vanilla, and ripe apple and plum flavours.
