Arran Signature Series Edition #2 Barrel Bonfire 700mL LIMITED RELEASE

This rare release from Arran showcases the distillery's more heavily peated style, matured in ex-Bourbon Quarter Casks sourced from Chicago’s Koval distillery. With a peat level of 42ppm and matured in just a small number of custom-built 115L barrels, this is a smoky, spicy dram that’s both bold and nuanced.

Barrel Bonfire blends classic Arran character with vivid smoke - think charred citrus peel, sweet vanilla, and toasted oak all wrapped in a warming haze. It’s a dram that feels like a bonfire built from old whisky barrels, glowing with embers of rare cask influence and distillery craft.

Tasting Notes

Intense smoke and earthy peat up front, balanced by toasted vanilla, lemon zest, and sweet spice. A lick of salted caramel and charred oak lingers long on the finish, evoking the crackle of a barrel-stave bonfire.
