Distilled right here in New Zealand, this bold yet elegant London Dry style gin is infused with a staggering 23 botanicals, including wild pepper, cardamom, nutmeg, grains of paradise, juniper, blueberry, aniseed, chamomile, and two types of citrus - plus a few secrets the distillers are keeping close to their chest.
The journey begins with a 16-hour maceration in premium sugarcane alcohol, followed by an incredibly gentle distillation. It’s then brought to life with pristine water from the Coromandel Ranges - naturally rich in minerals and perfect for this spirited creation. After a few weeks of rest, it’s bottled at a punchy 47% - full of character, depth, and unfiltered charm.
