Zesty and bright chenin from one of our favourite Hawke's Bay producers with a reputation for packing flavour into the bottle. The wonderful 2024 vintage has played its part - with delicious flavours of sherbet and lime balanced by a totally moreish finish. Lovely summer wine.
Tasting note
Handpicked and gently whole bunch pressed, the free run pressings were fermented cool and kept cool to retain the aromas and flavours of red apple, sherbet and lime. The acid and residual sugar do a dance on the palate producing a moreish finish that keeps you topping up your glass. Made aromatic, light and lifted.
