Cocchi Sweet Vermouth Di Torino is one of the benchmark bottles in the vermouth world, and for good reason. Made in Piedmont by Cocchi, a producer founded in 1891, it is a rich, classically styled sweet vermouth with far more depth and personality than the average back bar staple. This is the kind of bottle that can elevate a Negroni or Manhattan instantly, but it is also more than good enough to enjoy simply over ice with an orange twist.
This beautifully composed vermouth is based on a family recipe that dates back more than a century, with wormwood and citrus at the core of the house style. Cocoa, bitter orange and balsamic wood notes give it richness and complexity, while touches of rosemary, sandalwood, myrrh and nutmeg add extra lift and intrigue through the finish. The result is smooth, intense and wonderfully balanced, with just the right mix of sweetness, bitterness and spice.
