Crumpet Bar Gin is a collaborative New Zealand London Dry created by Napier’s National Distillery Co. together with Wellington cocktail institution Crumpet Bar. Designed with classic cocktails firmly in mind, it takes a traditional juniper-led gin base and pushes the citrus character forward, giving it a fresh, vibrant profile that feels right at home in the kind of Gimlets and Martinis Crumpet is known for.
This bright London Dry layers lemon and lime peel over its classic gin backbone, bringing plenty of citrus lift while keeping the style clean, dry, and structured. At 44% ABV it is versatile enough for a premium G&T, but this is a bottle that really earns its keep in cocktails, particularly a sharp Gimlet or ice-cold Martini where that fresh citrus character can properly shine.
Tasting Notes
Fresh and citrus-forward with classic juniper, bright lemon and lime peel, and a clean, dry finish with plenty of aromatic lift.
