Composed exclusively of eaux-de-vie sourced from the Grande Champagne region, Pale & Dry XO is an elegant and extremely delicate Cognac that has been carefully matured in well-seasoned French oak casks. 

Tasting note

Light and delicate on the palate, with a long and intense bouquet of apricot and citrus leading a vanilla 'rancio'. The finish is full and soft, leaving your mouth watering for more.
