Distilleries de Provence Rinquinquin is a charming French peach aperitif that feels like Provence in a glass. Made by Distilleries et Domaines de Provence, this smooth, delicately sweet apéritif is based on a family recipe and built around peaches from the Durance Valley, giving it a sunny, fruit-forward style that is easy to love before dinner or as part of a lighter cocktail serve.
This beautifully expressive aperitif blends peaches, peach leaves picked in autumn, cane sugar and white wine, with some sources also noting citrus, herbs and spice in the final mix. The result is soft, aromatic and gently refreshing, with more depth than a simple fruit liqueur and a lovely balance between ripe peach sweetness and a lightly herbal finish. Serve it chilled, over ice, or use it to bring a distinctly southern French feel to spritzes and aperitif cocktails.
