Doc Whiskey Cask Strength Bourbon is all about bourbon in its rawest, most honest form. Distilled in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, this single barrel straight bourbon goes from still to barrel to bottle without being cut or filtered, letting the whiskey speak for itself. It is bold, unapologetic, and built for people who like their bourbon exactly as it comes out of the cask.
Made from a wheat forward mash bill of 51% corn, 45% wheat and 4% malted barley, this bourbon leans into a softer, rounder style while still delivering serious depth. Aged for over three years in new charred American oak, each barrel is bottled at full cask strength, meaning every release has its own personality and natural power. No two bottles are quite the same, which is exactly the point.
Widely recognised on the global stage, Doc Whiskey has picked up Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in both 2021 and 2022 and was named among Forbes’ Best Bourbons in America in 2022. It is a proper sipping bourbon, best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to open it up.
Tasting Notes
Rich caramel and vanilla jump out first, followed by toasted oak, honeyed grain and soft baking spice. The wheat influence brings a smooth, rounded mouthfeel, with lingering warmth, gentle sweetness and a long, expressive finish that reminds you this is bourbon in its purest form.
