Domaine De Canton Ginger Liqueur is a polished French liqueur that brings real ginger warmth and richness without tipping into anything too heavy or overly sweet. Built around baby ginger and fine French cognac, it has become a bit of a modern classic behind the bar, equally at home in cocktails or served simply over ice when you want something smooth, spicy and a little luxurious.
This beautifully made ginger liqueur combines baby ginger with eau de vie, VSOP and XO Grande Champagne cognacs, plus Tahitian vanilla, Provençal honey and ginseng for extra depth. The result is bright and expressive up front, then richer and more rounded through the palate, with enough spice to stay lively and enough softness to keep it seriously easy to like.
