This is serious wine, with a bit more tannic structure than the Côtes du Rhône we typically promote - but as the wine opens up in the glass, the glossy beauty we love and expect from CdR is there to see. Expect notes of blackberry, plum and wild herbs, lifted by hints of black pepper and dried flowers. The palate is full and harmonious, balancing ripe fruit intensity with freshness and structure, leading to a long, refined finish. This is a wine to enjoy for its vibrant energy, or cellar for a few years to unlock deeper complexity. A perfect match for slow-cooked lamb, roasted game, or hearty Mediterranean fare.
