Dr Beak Juniperus Gin is a bold, limited-release celebration of gin’s most iconic botanical - juniper, in all its wild glory. Made right here in New Zealand, this small-batch expression is unapologetically juniper-forward, crafted to show just how complex and captivating this one ingredient can be.
The team at Dr Beak macerated hand-foraged, wild-grown Macedonian juniper for six months before distilling it with even more juniper and a touch of locally grown orris root. The result? A rich, aromatic gin that’s pure, punchy, and beautifully balanced.
