Christian Drouin Calvados Reserve 700ml

Christian Drouin Calvados Reserve is a classic expression from one of Normandy’s most respected names in Calvados. Made from over thirty organically grown apple varieties harvested between September and November, this spirit captures the richness of the orchard in every drop.

The cider is carefully fermented and distilled, then aged in a mix of casks that once held sherry, port, rivesaltes and banyuls. The result is a beautifully balanced Calvados that highlights fresh apple character alongside warming spice and gentle oak influence.

Tasting Notes

Bright orchard fruit leads the way with crisp apple, pear and citrus peel, layered over subtle spice, vanilla and soft oak. A touch of dried fruit lingers on the finish, giving both freshness and depth.
