Edradour 10YO is a classic Highland single malt with a big personality, made at one of Scotland’s smallest and most traditional distilleries. Rich, sherried and unapologetically bold, this is a whisky that leans into depth and intensity rather than polish. Handmade in tiny quantities near Pitlochry, Edradour produces in a year what many distilleries knock out in a week, and you can taste that hands-on approach in every sip.

Matured in a combination of Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, the 10 Year Old delivers a dense, full flavoured style that fans of richer malts absolutely love. There is a youthful energy here that keeps things lively, adding to the rustic charm rather than smoothing it away. This is a whisky with edges, character and plenty to say.

Edradour has kept its production methods largely unchanged for over 150 years, operating more like a working farm distillery than a modern whisky factory. That small scale, old school approach is exactly what gives Edradour its unmistakable identity. Small in size, big in flavour, and proudly doing things its own way.

Tasting Notes

The nose opens with dark dried fruits, old leather, treacle and earthy spice. On the palate, rich sherry sweetness leads into layers of raisins, honeyed oak and bitter almonds, with hints of peppermint chocolate and cocoa. The finish is warming and lingering, with sweet oak, dried fruit and a touch of spice.
