El Gobernador Pisco is a beautifully aromatic Chilean pisco from the renowned Miguel Torres family, made in the Limarí Valley from Muscat of Alexandria and Muscat Rosé grapes. Distilled just once to preserve the grapes’ naturally expressive character, it offers a fresh, floral alternative to more oak-driven spirits, with enough elegance for sipping and enough brightness to shine in cocktails. It is an excellent introduction to premium pisco, whether served in a classic Pisco Sour or lengthened with tonic and citrus.
This refined Chilean spirit opens with exuberant aromas of rose, jasmine, and candied citrus peel before moving into a rounded, almost creamy palate. Its floral lift and soft texture make it exceptionally approachable, while a long, persistent finish gives it the structure to stand up beautifully in mixed drinks. El Gobernador has also earned international recognition, including gold medals at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles and World Spirits Awards.
Tasting Notes
Bright and aromatic with rose, jasmine, and candied citrus peel, followed by a rounded, creamy palate and a long, gently warming finish.
