Fever-Tree blends high-quality quinine from the Democratic Republic of Congo with essential oils from herbs gathered around the Mediterranean, creating a softer, more fragrant style than a traditional Indian tonic. Lemon thyme from Provence plays a key role, bringing a fresh herbal lift and subtle citrus character to the mix.
