Fever-Tree uses a specialist sfumatrice process, traditionally associated with the perfume industry, to gently extract the intensely fragrant oils from the lemon peel. Combined with fresh juice and fine carbonation, the result is vibrant and zesty with a softer, rounder citrus character than your everyday lemonade.
This beautifully refreshing soda has a lightly cloudy appearance and silky stream of fine bubbles, with enough sweetness to balance the fresh lemon bite without leaving a cloying finish.
