Fortaleza Blanco Tequila reflects the authentic taste of tequila, made slowly in small batches. The agave, grown in Jalisco and matured for at least 8 years, is cooked in stone ovens and crushed using a tahona mill. The fermentation occurs in open-air wooden tanks, followed by double distillation in copper pots, resulting in a pure and vibrant expression of Blanco tequila.
Fortaleza Blanco is a standout among blanco tequilas, offering a truly authentic experience for aficionados.
Tasting note
Bright aromas of citrus and rich, cooked agave, with hints of butter, olive, earth, and black pepper. It also carries a deep, inviting, vegetal complexity. The flavours are a harmonious blend of citrus, vanilla, basil, olive, and lime, with the smooth essence of cooked agave. The finish is long and satisfying, offering further complexity while remaining easy to enjoy.
