La Gauloise Verte is a bold, intensely herbal French liqueur with plenty of old-world character. Often mentioned in the same breath as Green Chartreuse, this green expression brings a more powerful, spicier profile than La Gauloise Jaune, making it a great bottle for sipping neat, serving over ice or using in cocktails when you want something with real depth and attitude. It is made from a blend of plants, spices and fruit, with double distillation forming part of the process.
With a flavour that leans fresh, complex and unmistakably herbal, with sources describing notes of dried flowers, mint, fennel, wormwood, cardamom and saffron, all wrapped around a gentle sweetness and long, warming finish.
