A stunning representation of the classic GlenAllachie style, this single malt is a complex medley of flavours born of expert cask selection and distillation, aged for 12 years in a mixture of virgin oak, Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
Tasting note
This whisky has a burnished mahogany color in the glass. The scent is a blend of honey and butterscotch, with underlying notes of mocha and raisins. On the palate, the flavors of banana, marzipan, honey, butterscotch, raisins, and a subtle hint of mocha come together in perfect harmony.
