Matured in a trio of bourbon, sherry and manzanilla casks, this Highland coastal malt develops a bright, tropical character lifted by a gentle crack of sea salt from the North Sea air that rolls through the distillery’s seaside warehouses.

The result is a whisky that feels both lush and invigorating. Expect soft vanilla ice cream notes wrapped in tropical fruit on the nose, followed by salted caramel, pineapple and cherry on the palate, with a lively citrus edge that mirrors the shoreline breeze.
