Isle of Raasay Hebridean Gin is a beautifully composed Scottish island gin that feels every bit as distinctive as its origin. Crafted on the Isle of Raasay in the Inner Hebrides, it brings together traditional botanicals with a few carefully chosen local touches, giving it a profile that feels crisp, zesty and unmistakably coastal. It also comes in a striking, geology-inspired bottle that reflects the island’s dramatic landscape, making it just as impressive on the shelf as it is in the glass.
This handcrafted Hebridean gin is made with ten botanicals including Raasay juniper, rhubarb root, sweet orange peel, lemon peel, coriander seed, angelica root, liquorice root, orris root and cubeb pepper, all built around the distillery’s own spirit and island water. The result is fresh and aromatic with plenty of juniper at its core, lifted by sweet citrus and a touch of rhubarb, before finishing dry, smooth and lingering with that lovely island freshness.
Tasting Notes
Fresh and aromatic with piney juniper, sweet orange, candied lemon and hints of rhubarb, leading into a dry, zesty finish with gentle spice and lasting island character.
