This ensamble reveals a fruity and spicy character, balancing ripe tropical fruits with earthy minerality and warming spice. It’s a whisky that captures both tradition and innovation, offering a taste experience unlike any other.
Tasting Notes
On the nose, ripe pineapple, banana and lemon meet earthy notes of calcareous soil and atole. The palate is slightly unctuous, with flavours of allspice, toasted cocoa, vanilla and a lingering corn sweetness.
