Discover the unique Jura Seven Wood Whisky, expertly crafted with seven distinct casks for a subtly smoky island malt that tantalises the senses. Experience tropical sweetness, notes of milk chocolate, and a subtle hint of smoke. This complex and flavourful whisky takes a maturation journey through American White Oak ex bourbon casks, as well as six virgin oak casks sourced from different regions in France. The end result is a deliciously fruity and spicy whisky with delectable flavours of crème caramel, baked peach, and sweet liquorice.
Tasting note
The nose is greeted by an aromatic fusion of coffee, ginger spice and a hint of milk chocolate. On the palate you will find caramelised peach, chewy liquorice and candied orange with a hint of sea-spray and smoke.
