The palate pops with upbeat bubbles and refreshing energy. Juicy berry flavours glide across the tongue with a splash of bright acidity, while a whisper of natural fruit sweetness keeps it dangerously easy to drink. Crafted predominantly from merlot with a touch of syrah, it’s been delicately pressed to keep the colour light and vibrant. Post fermentation, the wine rested on lees to build a subtle creamy texture that balances the bright fruit beautifully. A wonderfully modern expression of sparkling rosé that's arrived just in time for summer. Go long!
